Creating a modern online presence
We recreated the Lunds & Byerlys website in 2014 to streamline the content, give it editorial direction and organize it more intuitively. We also made the website responsive, so customers could easily access it at home and on their mobile devices. We collaborated with Lunds & Byerlys to create robust, relevant new content, showcasing the brand and bringing to life the premium products that differentiate them from their competitors.
Designing a new marketing platform
In order to inspire customers and differentiate Lunds & Byerlys as a retailer, we created a new marketing platform called Good Taste. Our goal: To highlight the quality, experience and value that makes Lunds & Byerlys stores unique. This proprietary content spans multiple channels, including email, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and a new Lunds & Byerlys blog. We are involved in every aspect: Planning the editorial calendar, shooting photos, writing content and integrating the platform into their sales and marketing plans.
Recruiting a loyal audience
We believe digital marketing is all about an exchange of value. We don’t acquire new followers, fans and customers; rather, we practice strategic recruitment based on common interests.
